CANCELLATIONS
Upon request, orders can be cancelled before they are processed in the warehouse. Once the order is processed, a refund will be issued upon return of the package/s.
RETURN POLICY
HairLines will issue a return label free of charge for any product that was received damaged or incorrect. Credit will be applied back in the same manner as the original payment. Should you have the need to start a return process you may reach out to our Customer Service Team at (800) 922-2310 for a return label (call tag) to be processed. Hairlines will provide printed return label to be mailed or sent electronically to an email address of your choosing.
For any returns older than 6 months, a $15.00 return label fee will be applied as well as a 20% restocking fee. Any items that are broken, defamed, discontinued and /or unsalable will not be credited. Credits will go onto your account to be used towards future orders.
